Wild Wild West: The Great Train Heist is powered by Net Entertainment and has 5 reels and 10 paylines. Playable on desktop, mobile and tablet devices from 10p to £100 per spin, get ready for a Wild Wild ride. The game has a comic book style and tells the story of a great train robbery by 4 villains.

Graphically, it has a comic book style which excellent graphics and animations – it also comes with a superb Western-style soundtrack. Symbols on the reels include the 4 villains with the female being the highest value (50 times your total stake for 5 on a payline). Other symbols include the club, heart, spade and diamond – all in Western style.

There’s also a Wild symbol which also gives you 50 times your total stake for 5 on a payline. There are also 7 and safe bonus symbols which trigger subsequent bonus features.

First of all, you have the Pick and Click feature which is triggered by getting 3 safe bonus symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 simultaneously. You then click on 1 of the bonus symbols to reveal a cash prize varying between 5 and 50 times your stake – simple.

The main attraction is the Free Spins feature which is played when you get 3 or more 7 scatter symbols anywhere on the reels (in the base game). 3 scatters will give you 10 free spins whilst 4 will give you 20 free spins. If you’re lucky enough to get 5, you will receive 30 free spins.

More importantly, this feature benefits from 4 Wild features that can appear anywhere on the reels – these include a Regular Wild, Expanding Wild, x2 Multiplier Wild and Spreading Wild. Before the free spins commence, the Wild Selector Wheel starts to spin – when you stop the wheel, a Wild feature is randomly chosen and activated.

An overlay wild symbol randomly appears on reels 1 through 3 on every single free spin – you need to look for the x2 Multiplier Wild which will double your win total. The Spreading Wild will spread across the 3 reels on the row it appears which will lead to a guaranteed win.

The most beneficial is the Expanding Wild which will cover the whole reel it appears on – if you’re lucky to get a wild on each of the 3 reels, you will benefit from 3 fully wild reels! Finally, 3 or more scatters during the feature will retrigger the feature giving you a potential 60 free spins in total.

Wild Wild West: The Great Train Heist certainly looks fantastic and has plenty about it, feature wise, to take advantage of – you can win a maximum of 500 times your stake on every single spin. I consider it to be a medium variance game which is finely balanced between entertainment and decent sized wins.

So what are you waiting for? Fire the six shooter, crack your whip and giddy up partna’! If you like the theme but want more volatility, I highly recommend Net Entertainment’s Dead or Alive which is a cult favourite.
