Asian flavour
Design wise, Twin Happiness has more of an Asian flavour as red dominates the background. With A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9 royals, you will see peaches, lanterns, bars, lucky pink 7s and ingots – the latter is the most reward with 3, 4 or 5 on a payline giving you 2, 10 or 40 times your stake. There’s also a wild symbol which replaces all symbols – it appears on all reels except reel 1.
Twin Reel feature
The only extra to discuss is the Twin Reel feature – every spin begins with identical, adjacent twin reels that link together to showcase the same symbols. Randomly, the twin reels can expand to give you triplet, quadruplet or even quintuplet reels – they will all showcase the same symbols.
If you manage to do this with the highest value symbol (the ingot), you will pocket up to 1,080 times your stake (1,000 times your stake plus up to 80 times your stake from the triggering spin).
Simple & repetitive action
Twin Happiness is relatively simple and medium variance – if you want lots of bonus features, look away. It does offer simple, repetitive Asian action (with a Las Vegas touch). I do prefer other NetEnt slots though – the volatile Dead or Alive 2 and the TV series-inspired Narcos would be my choices.
