Theme – a Roman focus with a dark setting

The Itero slot brings a new twist to the usual mythology-themed slots you see around today. The reels are very dark for a start, and there’s a unique bonus feature that makes this game stand out. More on that in a moment. Not only that but the visuals are great and the soundtrack doesn’t disappoint with rain hammering down in the background as the calming audio plays.

I like the way the reels shudder when lightning is sent down from the sky and thunder god as well as the shuddering symbols when a winner lands. The audio even turns rock-like after a while, which adds to the appeal.

If you’re looking for something a bit different then this Itero slot may just be for you. It’s taken a classic theme and given it a modern feel, which isn’t easy to do but it works really well. The soundtrack is fantastic too and it’s great to play on smaller screens.

The unique EchoSpins feature is a nice touch if you can trigger it. We tested the slot out for a while and found it very hard to come by, but maybe we were just unlucky.

In terms of overall gameplay, it’s a really easy slot to get the hang of, and a max win of 10,000 x your stake certainly gets your attention, although it’s in line with a lot of other Hacksaw games and doesn’t stand out in that sense.
