Corner Multipliers

The corner of the initial 5×5 grid in the base game contains an X. If you manage to form a winning cluster that has 1 of the X cubes, the X will become a multiplier and will take on a number equivalent to the number of cubes in that winning cluster. The final win will be multiplied by the final multiplier shown.

If your winning cluster connects with numerous corner X cubes, the multiplier figure shown will be added together before being multiplied with the win. For example, if the winning cluster size is 10 cubes and connects with 2 corner cubes, the total multiplier will be 20.

Free Spins feature

Land 5 or more winning clusters in different colours to trigger the Free Spins feature. The Cubes 2 slot game is certainly an upgrade from the original Cubes slot. That’s clear to see. I like the fact that it’s a simple slot and nothing is too over the top here. I can see it appealing to a lot of players, and the 11,000 x max win is pretty generous too.

The only thing that really lets the game down is the hit frequency, which sits at a disappointing 15.68%.
