The Thunderstruck 2: Mega Moolah slot is played on 5 reels, 3 rows and 243 ways to win. A winning combination is formed when 3 or more matching symbols appear from left to right on adjacent reels beginning from reel 1. The symbols can appear on any position on each reel.

The Thunderstruck 2: Mega Moolah slot is inspired by Thunderstruck 2, one of Games Global’s most popular slot games ever. Set in Asgard and with a Norse mythology theme, the graphics and soundtrack are identical to the classic game that was originally released in 2010. The Thunderstruck 2: Mega Moolah slot is essentially Thunderstruck 2 with 4 progressive jackpots. There’s no doubt this game will appeal to players who love the original game and chase life-chasing jackpots. Games Global did the same with Immortal Romance: Mega Moolah.

In terms of the gameplay, it’s identical to the original slot with the 4 free spins features being the main attraction. The randomly triggered Wildstorm feature in the base game can give you 5 wild reels and 8,000 x stake max wins. Of the free spins features, the Loki Free Spins feature is potentially the most lucrative and can pay the top amount.

It would be have ideal to have an extra feature but this may upset fans of the original game. It’s literally a way that Games Global can introduce jackpots to lovers of Thunderstruck 2. Big Time Gaming has done the same with Megapays versions of Bonanza Megaways, Who Wants to be a Millionaire Megapays and Star Clusters Megaclusters.

If the jackpots are something that don’t appeal to you, the original game is much better with a significantly higher RTP (96.65% vs 93.38%).

I do prefer Immortal Romance to Thunderstruck 2 personally as it offers higher max wins (12,150 x stake vs 8,000 x stake). This is also offered in Immortal Romance: Mega Moolah.
