These avalanches continue as long as a new winning combination is created. If there are partial gaps under 2×2 and 3×3 symbols, they crush the symbols below during an avalanche.

Wild Haunt feature

The Wild Haunt feature triggers whenever a Ghost King symbol appears. 1 symbol that’s not a single will be picked at random. This symbol is then broken up into multiple 1×1 symbols which transform into the same matching symbol. If his majesty is in a benevolent mood, he can upgrade these symbols into wilds.

When the initial transformation has occurred, the original Ghost King symbols turn into wilds. A new payout consideration then follows with the new combination of transformed and wild symbols in their new positions.

Phantom Free Spins feature

To trigger the game’s Phantom Free Spins feature, you’ll need to land 3 Bonus symbols in a single game round (this can be over multiple avalanches but from a single overall spin). Once triggered, you’ll go on to play 10 free spins.

Boosting your winning chances during the free spins is an increasing multiplier. The action begins with a 1x multiplier in play. With each avalanche win, that multiplier increases by 1. The multiplier doesn’t reset following a winless drop either, it remains the same or rises throughout the round.

The Golden Castle slot offers something a little different courtesy of the Titanways mechanic. I found a steady stream of action here. The bonus feature are pretty standard. Looks wise, it reminds me of IGT’s Da Vinci Diamonds with the gemstones.

The Wild Haunt feature can be worth landing if you manage to get the upgraded wilds. Free spins with an increasing multiplier are always a decent addition. That’s certainly the case if you manage to get a retrigger which can really get the multipliers moving.
