The base game action in the Wild Toro 2 slot starts on a 5 reel, 5 row machine that offers 259 paylines. Land 3, 4 or 5 matching symbol or wilds from left to right across a payline, starting from reel 1 to create a winning combination.

Just like the original Wild Toro release, the Wild Toro 2 slot is a very stylish game as far as design is concerned. With a bullfighting theme, you head a Spanish town once again.

There’s a comic book quality to the visuals here which are very nicely realized. The soundtrack is much better than the original game too and is quite immersive.

With a Flamenco flavour, you will hear a female Flamenco singer as well as the Spanish guitar and castanets. There’s also a male voice saying ‘Ave Maria’.  As usual for a release from ELK Studios, there’s very little cause to grumble when it comes to sound and visuals.

On the reels are a collection of lower value A, K, Q and J royals as well as silver and gold coins. The higher value symbols are represented by oranges and pink roses. The rose is the best paying symbol giving you 1.5, 2.5 or 5 x your total stake for 3, 4 or 5 on a payline.

Toro Goes Berzerk feature

Expanding Reels feature

Walking wilds and respins were central to much of the best action in the original Wild Toro and ELK Studios have kept to a similar formula with the Wild Toro 2 slot.

The expanding reels and multipliers add extra layers to the original gameplay. With up to 502 connecting paylines, your win potential is much higher. To win big though, you need to trigger the Matador Knockout feature where the Toro absorbs Gold Matador multipliers which increases with each respin.

The original game offered 2,250 x stake max wins whereby it’s 10,000 x stake in Wild Toro 2. That’s quite a difference. On the other hand, the RTP here is 95% whereby it is 96.4% in the original.

When you do win big, you will hear some crazy music and a male voice shouting ‘Mega Victoria’ (mega win). The soundtrack is off the big pluses in my opinion and adds to the anarchic feel. Stylish and absorbing, ELK Studios have put great emphasis on design and the soundtrack, and it really shows.

If you enjoyed the original outing for ELK Studios’ anarchic bull, expect more of the same in Wild Toro 2. To sum up, it’s basically Wild Toro on steroids bar the lower RTP rate.

If it’s anarchy you’re after, Nolimit City’s Punk Rocker would be my suggestion. It uses an xWays mechanic and comes with 15,072 x stake max wins.
