MoneyGaming Casino Summary
MoneyGaming Casino is part of the GameAccount Global company which are a leading platform, software and games developer. The company was formed in 2001 and its headquarters are in London. They are not as well known as other casinos here on Online-Slot.co.uk but their superb slots offering will make them a very popular destination for many slots players.
The offer an instant play casino with slots from Aristocrat, IGT and Barcrest – their unique selling point per say is the fact they offer exclusive content from Aristocrat with more than 12 exclusive slots such as popular games like 50 Lions and 5 Dragons.
MoneyGaming Casino Slots
MoneyGaming offers slot games from Aristocrat, IGT and Barcrest – all games can be played in your browser without having to download any software. There are over 100 slots to play which are powered by IGT, Barcrest and Aristocrat.
Looking at IGT slots, you have all the classics such as Cleopatra II, Da Vinci Diamonds, 100,000 Pyramid and Dungeons & Dragons Fortress of Fortunes. You also have newer IGT slot games like Siberian Storm, Elvis The King and Star Trek Against All Odds. When it comes to Barcrest, you have one of the most popular UK slot games of all time, Rainbow Riches.
Now, what sets MoneyGaming apart is their variety of Aristocrat slots – they have unique Aristocrat slot games too like 50 Lions, 50 Dragons, 5 Dragons, Buffalo and Miss Kitty amongst others. I haven’t had a chance to put up slot reviews of these games yet but they are coming – watch this space!
Bonuses & Promotions
MoneyGaming offers a £300 welcome bonus package for new players. Firstly, there is a 100% first deposit bonus up to £150. You can deposit from £10 to £150 and get a 100% match. Once you make a deposit, the bonus will be added to your account and will be displayed under ‘Bonus Amount (Pending Release)’ on the ‘Account Balance’ page. Once you have completed the 25 times deposit plus bonus wagering requirements, you can then cash out the bonus.
There is also a 50% second deposit bonus up to £75 where you can deposit from £10 to £150 to get a 50% bonus. The same terms as the first deposit bonus apply. Finally, there’s a £75 Sprint Bonus where you are awarded £75 free if you wager £3,000 – this needs to be done within 14 days.
Deposit & Withdrawal Methods
MoneyGaming offers credit/debit cards, MoneyBookers, NETeller, cheque and bank transfer to deposit and withdraw your funds. The only negative I found is that cashouts are processed within 72 hours. Whilst other online casinos tend to process them quicker (i.e. within 24 hours), MoneyGaming just take a little longer.
Saying that, they do pay out always and it’s the way they do things. They are licensed in Alderney so they are a reputable company – no need to worry there. Identification will also need to be provided upon your first withdrawal (this is very normal nowadays) and it’s to comply with their license.
MoneyGaming doesn’t charge you any fees for withdrawing unless you’ve played less than 5 cash games (there’s a small fee of £2.50). It’s a bit pointless in my opinion as you could stake very little on a couple of slots to get round it. You will be charged £7.50 if you request a withdrawal by bank transfer – who uses this method still? (it takes the longest amount of time!).
MoneyGaming offers customer support via email, telephone and Live Chat. Their telephone numbers are free for UK players which is good. Their availability is from 8:30 to 9pm from Monday to Friday and from 9:30am to 6pm on weekends.
We tested their email response times and 3 of our emails were responded to within 3 hours which is great. As for Live Chat, waiting times were very short actually– this is the best way to get a hold of them in my opinion. Calling up their customer service agents was easy and their knowledge was more than adequate – they were friendly and even gave me a small bonus for my troubles!
You can alsocheck out the ‘Help’ tab on their main navigationwhich has a lot of frequently asked questions. There’s a lot of information here which is useful and might require you to not contact customer support.
